What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, organisation, organisation type, email address, phone number (optional), estimated budget and the submitted message. The IP address is processed temporarily, in hashed form, solely for abuse prevention.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to answer the request submitted through the form and to prepare a potential offer. We do not use the data for direct marketing and do not transfer it to third parties for other purposes.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent expressed by ticking the dedicated box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at the person's request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
Form data is kept for the duration of the commercial conversation and for at most [DE COMPLETAT] months after the last interaction, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Send requests to contact@silab.ro. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: connection encryption (HTTPS), role-based access, logging and data minimisation. Database access keys never leave the server.

AI agent conversations
Chat messages are sent to the AI provider through Vercel AI Gateway to generate responses. The site keeps the conversation in page memory while you browse and does not save it in a database. Reloading the page, changing language or starting a new conversation clears local history. The AI provider may process data under its own terms. Do not share passwords, banking details or sensitive documents.
